Info for new pilot/corp to join BRUCE

I am looking for info on who to contact to inquire about joining BRUCE as a TGRAD member and/or for a corp to join BRUCE.
The corp I am with is looking for a new alliance
I tried to post on the alliance forums but I am not having much luck with getting my account activated otherwise I would have posted there.
