Looking at the stats on average numbers logged on, they dropped from 49k average 5 years ago to around 24k now.
Hope CCP realize they need to do something - specially for new member integration.

What really gets me about this is they say the want fleet members to be more involved with fleet ops. But they let the cloaky campers hang out afk to disrupt play.

But I do think these changes will make it more interesting for players and make them more succeptable to dieing when they go afk during a fleet.
