Woops, did I register forums/ecm correctly?

Just wanting to verify I did this right, I may have messed it up.

Upon joining, on the TGRADS recruitment channel, the first thing it says to do is view forums, so I went there and registered. Then I went to the corp bulletins, the first thing it says to do is register on ecm, which I did. Then I come to something about "binding" forums and ecm together. It also says to use the same API key, but it was too late by that time. since the directions to do that come at the end.

To shorten this story, my user names are different (one is Sah Kardis and one is SahKardis, notice the loss of the space). I also used different API keys. Will it cause problems? I'm still not able to get started by accessing the wiki.

The good news is that your ECM account recognized the APIs and linked your account to the SarKardis username. In addition, none of your characters are orphaned in ECM.

The wiki uses similar roles as the forums - if you can get into the forums, then your account will work for the wiki.
