As TGRAD continues to grow, it's important that we refine our recruitment strategies and improve the onboarding experience for new members. We want to attract talented pilots and ensure they integrate seamlessly into our community and operations.

* **Onboarding Process:** How can we improve the initial experience for new recruits? What information do they need to succeed? How can we foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie from day one?
* **Mentorship Program:** Should we formalize a mentorship program to pair new members with experienced pilots? This could provide valuable guidance and support during their early days with TGRAD.
