So, A couple days out in the real world with the new project, and wow, a tip of the hat to manas, it's hard to formulate a corp from scratch.
we've basically spent the first few days getting a feel for each other (The other director in the corp is an ex-BoB FC who we fought against constantly in tribute during Max) and basically been spending the last few days tearing up Querious, with a brief appearance in ganknight (sorry tojo!) The basic rule of the corp is under no circumstances will we ever have standings,
so, aside from some blob dodging, it's been a lot of fun.
I figured I'd write this because I decided to take a part of the TGRAD ethos with me, and I've taken some of the elements of my tgrad experience to help chart the corp. For starters, we're having interns, people with 5-10 mil skillpoints who come in for 3 months, and get an intensive training regime on all things pvp and survival, with a strong focus on FC training. The catch is that the intern group can only stay for 3 months, and is then ejected into the eve world to go and make their mark. And that the intern group will never be larger than 10 at any given time. Depending on how organized I can train myself to be, I hope I can pass some notes on to zers and co for tgrads to help with its training.
Hope you're all out there killing lots.

I got your frozen corpse in HED the other day, sadly was a few seconds to slow to get on the mail. I was thinking about returning it to its proper owner as a gesture of respect. Then I realized it would probably sell for alot to a long list of people on the fourms. However I don't think I will be able to part with it now, and I can think of plenty of RAWR approved things to do with it.
